Insurance

I accept Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO, United Healthcare PPO, and Aetna PPO plans. I currently do not accept any HMO plans for these carriers.

Out-of-Pocket Pricing

My out of pocket rate is $130 per session. I am happy to provide superbills for reimbursement if I am out of network with your insurance carrier.
